Understanding Due to the delicacy of our work, we ought to make sure that we have a complete understanding of the role, time frame and profile needed. Research and interviewing Following the job description given by the client, we go through our database to find the candidates with the adequate profiles for the job. We then proceed to interview each one. Shortlisting and client interview After having interviewed all the candidates, we make a Shortlist of the candidates with the most suitable profiles. After that we arrange an interview with the candidates in the shortlist and the client. The client then will chose the candidate he finds as the most suitable.
