We, at the Church of God in Sioufi, believe that we are all members of the body of Christ as individuals. Love and unity are our core values. Rev. Fouad’s vision was to outreach and to make Christ known to the Sioufi Community. Throughout the years SCOG had a succession of different pastors after Rev. Fouad passed away in 1997. After his 9 years of service Rev. Fouad Melki was succeeded by brother Bassem Malek who served for 3 years, then brother Bashir Melki for 6 years, and currently the position is held by pastor Bassem Melki. Today SCOG thankfully celebrates the existence of the different ministries under its umbrella. Church members are active in serving the community, catering to the needs of 2 year-olds in Sunday school and nursery up to adults who meet regularly for Bible studies. In between the two, highly active groups serve regularly under the3D4G, Halla2 el Wa2et, and T.G.I.F ministries, all backed up by the loving prayer group and praying church.
